Hi Everyone! I'm Tracey, the Owner of The Jolly Workshop. The Jolly Workshop started in 2021 out of an idea that transpired over a family Thanksgiving Dinner. What I thought was a far-fetched concept, turned out to what you see here today. I would like to thank the Lord for giving me the gift of creativity and the ability to bring smiles to my wonderful customers and meet some great people. I pray that you love my products as much as I enjoy creating them during my most favorite holiday.

CHANGES/ADDITIONS TO ORDERS:

Changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of your original order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS:

If this is your first time ordering from us or you have changed your email address, please check your junk/spam email folder if you do not receive your invoice after checking out. Our system automatically sends out your invoice immediately after your order is placed. It will also send you a shipping notification the day your order ships.

ORDER TURNAROUND TIME:

Our production turnaround time on handmade items is calculated as our business days (Monday – Friday), not calendar days. If you have not received an email with your tracking information for your order after 7 days of your order, please feel free to email us to check the status of your order.

SHIPPING:

We offer free ground shipping for all orders in the contiguous United States. While our shipping partners do not guarantee delivery times for standard shipping, orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive to destinations within the contiguous US.

SHIPPING ERRORS: 

Please check all your information when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, Suite or Apartment #’s that are input incorrectly. We ship via UPS, so we cannot ship packages to a PO Box.

REFUNDS:

Every purchase is final. No refunds are issued.
